SBO Marketing Services Agreement & User Compliance
Effective Date: April 2026
Welcome to School of Business Organization Private Limited (SBO). Before completing your registration, you must read and accept the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your engagement as a digital marketing affiliate/worker.
1. Professional Relationship & Engagement
- Independent Status: You are engaging with SBO on a "Principal-to-Principal" basis as an independent affiliate/micro-task worker. This is not an offer of traditional employment.
- Training & Accreditation: As per our established policy, users may choose to undergo a minimum 4-month Training period.
- Accredited Users: Those who complete training via an SBO-identified institute.
- Unaccredited Users: Those participating in trial tasks or pending certification.
- Stipends: During the training period, a stipend may be provided at the Company’s discretion. Completion of training does not guarantee a permanent role but qualifies you for higher-tier Marketing Fees.
2. Marketing Services & Content Ownership
- Role: You will perform digital marketing tasks (Influencer program or Affiliate Program Tasks) as assigned by your Supervisor or Trainer.
- Work-for-Hire: All content created for SBO or its clients (Marketing Content) is the exclusive Intellectual Property of SBO. You waive all moral rights to this content upon submission.
- Product Liability: SBO is a SaaS and Marketing provider. We do not take responsibility for the quality, performance, or refunds of products belonging to our third-party Clients.
3. Wallet & Marketing Fee Structure
- User Ledger: Your earnings (Marketing Fees) will be credited to your digital User Ledger within 14 days of task completion.
- Statutory Deductions & Tax Compliance:
- Standard Administrative Charges: A fixed administrative charge of 20% will be deducted from all payouts processed through the User Ledger to cover platform maintenance and operational costs.
- Future Statutory Adjustments: In the event that legal or governmental departments mandate additional statutory deductions—such as a Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) of 3% to 5% or other regulatory levies—the Company reserves the right to deduct these extra charges from your wallet balance at the time of payout.
- Non-Compliance Surcharge: As per current statutory requirements, if a User’s Permanent Account Number (PAN) is not properly linked with their [Aadhaar Redacted] or if the provided KYC is invalid, the total deduction (including administrative fees and higher-rate withholding) may increase up to 35% of the total payable amount.
- Withdrawals: Requests are processed within 14 business days, subject to sufficient balance and bank processing times.
4. Privacy & Data Protection (DPDP Act 2026)
- Data Security: In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2026, SBO ensures that your personal data is stored securely.
- Transparency: You consent to SBO sharing your public social media task URLs with third-party clients for verification and performance tracking.
- Communication: Official notices will be sent via the SBO Portal Website, Email, or the official Telegram Channel, or Official YouTube Channel.
5. Strict Conduct & Anti-Spam Policy ()
- Anti-Spam: The use of automated bots, scripts, or misleading promotional tactics is strictly prohibited.
- Brand Integrity & Corporate Image Protection:
- Prohibited Misuse: You are strictly prohibited from the following actions:
- Logo & Identity Misuse: Any unauthorized use or modification of the SBO (School of Business Organization Private Limited) logo.
- Defamation & Misinformation: Sharing wrong or unverified information, creating unwanted memes, or spreading rumors regarding the company’s operations without documented proof.
- Unauthorized Representation: Using the "SBO" name or corporate identity to mislead the public or represent the company in an unofficial capacity.
- ID Rule: Only one active Marketing ID is permitted per person. Multiple IDs under the same person without prior written approval will result in the forfeiture of fees.
- Non-Defamation: Any attempt to disparage SBO or its clients on public platforms will result in immediate termination and legal action.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Platform Fees: Any voluntary costs associated with third-party training institutes are non-refundable by SBO.
- Withdrawal of Services: SBO reserves the right to withdraw marketing opportunities or terminate a user’s access at any time without assigning a reason.
7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- Grievances: All issues must first be raised via the Raise Ticket in SBO Portal.
- Legal: This agreement is governed by Indian Law. Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes lies with the courts in Tiruvannamalai and Chennai.
