Refund Policy
SBO Private Limited maintains a transparent approach toward financial transactions. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and the process for cancellation regarding our digital marketing programs and affiliate participation.
Any fees paid for registration, digital training materials, or enrollment into the SBO Affiliate Partnership program are non-refundable. These fees cover the cost of administrative setup, server maintenance, and the provision of digital resources. Once access to the member dashboard is granted, the service is considered "delivered."
If a digital marketing task involves the purchase of a product or service from a third-party client (e.g., BUYMOTE,EDUQUEST), SBO Private Limited does not handle the refund for that transaction. Members must contact the third-party company directly to request a refund or return according to that company's specific policies.
Payouts are processed based on the successful completion and verification of digital tasks. If a task is rejected due to non-compliance with guidelines, no payout will be issued. SBO reserves the right to adjust or cancel pending payouts if fraudulent activity or policy violations are detected during the audit process.
Members have the right to cancel their participation in SBO programs at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Access to the WFH member dashboard will be revoked.
- All pending agreements will be terminated.
- Any accumulated balances below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited unless otherwise specified in the current project terms.
In cases of policy violations, misuse of co-worker data, or spreading false information (as outlined in our T&C), SBO reserves the right to terminate your account immediately without a refund of any initial fees. This is to protect the integrity of our 300,000+ member community.
