Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the refund terms applicable to individuals ("Users", "You", "Your") who seek to join School of Business Organization Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, also known as SBO. By engaging with our marketing programs and commission-based activities, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
2.1. Non-Refundable Transactions: Any fees, charges, or payments made for registration, onboarding, training, or participation in SBO’s marketing activities are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2. Commission-Based Earnings: Users who participate in SBO’s marketing initiatives and complete assigned tasks are eligible for commissions as per the Company’s policies. However, any fees paid for access to the marketing program are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of performance or earnings.
2.3. No Cancellations or Reversals: Once a user has enrolled and paid any applicable charges, cancellations or reversals are not permitted. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions before proceeding with registration.
2.4. Third-Party Payments: If any user makes a payment on behalf of another user, and the latter fails to compensate or reimburse the original payer, such disputes are purely personal and private. SBO will not intervene, verify, or be held responsible for such internal transactions. Under no circumstances shall SBO refund any amount in such cases, and the parties involved are solely responsible for resolving the matter amongst themselves.
3. Refund Claims Based on Client Policies
3.1. Users may claim a refund if it is permitted under the refund policy of the Company’s client. SBO has no control or say over such refund decisions, and the process will be strictly governed by the client’s policy.
3.2. SBO is not responsible if the client does not approve or process the refund amount. Any disputes regarding refunds must be directly addressed between the User and the client.
4. Changes to this Policy
SBO reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
